At Urban Retreat, we want you to feel confident in your beauty ritual, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Securely

  Place the beauty products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
